White Paper

Cybersecurity of Maritime Drones and Autonomous Ships

Maritime drones and autonomous ships are transforming the industry in terms of innovation. But they also bring cybersecurity issues.

To better understand these issues, a White Paper written by France Cyber Maritime has been released in collaboration with : ANSSI, Armateurs de France, Bureau Veritas, Cluster Maritime Français, DGAMPA, ENSM, GICAN, Naval Group and the Secrétariat Général de la Mer.

The aim is to provide a comprehensive overview of this topic and identify the main points of attention and regulatory, human, technological, and organisational recommendations for the cybersecurity design and operation of drones and autonomous ships.

Maritime Cyber Threat Overview

This threat overview aims to give a global panorama of the cyber threats having affected the maritime sector in 2022, and to offer some perspectives for 2023, to help our members, partners and readers share a common vision.

It is important to note that this annual report does not aim to cover the total number of events reported by M-CERT (Maritime Computer Emergency Response Team) to its members and partners, but rather to provide an overview of relevant information.
